Where is Bella Riley Jewellery made?

All jewellery is made by me, Annabel (aka Bella) in my little Dalston studio.

What is your jewellery made from?

We have a selection of beads: 

• Sapphire crystal 

• Tourmaline crystal 

• Freshwater pearls

• Hematite gemstone 

• Silver and gold plated finishings and pendants 

All our fastenings and findings (e.g clasps, jump rings, the bits that finish the ends of the necklaces) are silver or 18ct gold plated

Where are your beads sourced?

I do my best to source all my products from the UK however our more precious gemstone beads (like our crystal beads) are from a responsible source in India. 

How is Bella Riley Jewellery packaged?

All orders come individually wrapped in a Bella Riley jewellery pouch and are packed with colourful tissue paper and pink lined postbox-sized recyclable boxes. 

Can Bella Riley Jewellery be personalised?

Absolutely! Most of my jewellery on the site can be personalised to suit you! The rainbow necklaces with freshwater pearl letters you can select how many letters you would like and leave a message to let me know what words you want. What delivery service do you use?

All our parcels are sent with Royal Mail

How long does delivery take?

As everything is handmade by me, the wait for your Bella Riley Jewellery can vary. 

All items are made to order. I will always endeavour to get your orders out to you as soon as possible and usually get them in the post within a week however, please allow 7-15 days for your creation to be made. Please see lead times on product pages for more detail. Feel free to message me for more details on your order.
